position purpose

To develop the new graphics for the fws website
The aim is to have the new site launched in approx. 3 months. You will be part of a dedicated web production team, working alongside current fws web and communications team.
While we have a lot of important information to communicate on the website, we also want it to look great!

responsibilities

• Develop the new website design for our new website, in line with fws brand principles in collaboration with the communications and design teams.
• Collaborate with our web developers to work out a design that’s aesthetically pleasing, and works with the functionality of the website.

key performance indicators

• Enquiries are answered within agreed timeframes.
• Attendance at project team meetings where required (Conference calls)
• Help build a great looking website that follows fws design guidelines
• Final application of graphics to the new site that allows fws to continue its outstanding work in its field

skills & requirements

• Experience designing commercial or professional websites
• Expert Adobe Photoshop user
• Understanding of web design limitations
• Experience in web UI design

nice to have but not essential

• CSS / HTML experience
• Experience with Drupal
