The verandah of Kesho Leo has been transformed into a fun-filled activity area, much to the excitement of the Kesho kids, mamas, workers and volunteers. Everyone came together on Friday 4 December to enjoy a fun afternoon test-driving the comfy cushions, mats, books, toys, games, tables and chairs that were unveiled.

It was a great opportunity for everyone to spend the afternoon together and to present the new notice boards which will become fun and interactive with pictures and important messages. It is hoped that
by making this area more comfy, the children and mamas will utilise the space as a lounge, dining or activity area, where everyone can enjoy time together.

There have been some very serious games of Connect Four and cards happening most afternoons since, not to mention some fun dress-ups! The revitalised activity space comes at a great time, as the Kesho Leo children are enjoying their holidays at present.
