After dedicating the past 17 months to Kesho Leo and the community of Sinon, Kesho Leo farm manager Eve has headed home to Australia after a well-deserved rest in Thailand. However, Eve’s commitment to all that fws works towards will continue, as she takes on the vital role of fws programs manager in Australia.

Eve has been an enduring asset to the Kesho Krew: her passion, energy, vision and commitment to the community has been nothing short of inspirational. As she worked alongside the mamas and workers at Kesho Leo, a strong mutual respect was formed. Everyone will miss her greatly, but the knowledge and ideas that she shared will continue to flourish at Kesho Leo.

The shamba (farm) has literally been transformed since the creation of the 'garden of Eve'! On top of her main role as Kesho Leo farm manager, Eve took on a multitude of other responsibilities including permaculture education and communications materials such as news updates and keeping our photo library up to date. Congratulations and massive thanks Eve, you should be very proud of your achievements.

We all wish Eve well for her future adventures, and look forward to her continued work with fws Australia.
