fws is a young, dynamic not-for-profit organisation making a spectacular difference to the lives of vulnerable women and children in Tanzania, East Africa.

We seek an experienced Finance Manager to be responsible for the full finance function of Kesho Leo Children’s Village in Tanzania, commencing ASAP and ending May 2010. You'll be supported by an Australian-based finance team, and will work alongside a team of 8-12 volunteers on-site.

You will be:

• Experienced in financial record keeping (recording transactions accurately and on time), reporting and cashflow management
• Able to provide accurate forecasts and budget tracking over many different projects, and to make sure budgets are adhered to
• Able to provide financial information to fws team members as required
• Thorough and accurate
• Able to see projects through to completion
• Super-keen to join like-minded people making a difference.
